Studio Brief 3: Initial Ideas

Today we were briefed with the third studio brief. We have all been split into pairs and been set the task to create a typeface that is based around our partner and expresses them as a person.

As well as these questions I wrote down some of the characteristics that Molly has. She is quite an upbeat, happy person. Always easy going and she cares a lot about her friends and family

I briefly looked at Molly's handwriting to see if there were any distinct characteristics that I could use in my project. Her handwriting is quite curly and tall. It has quite an upbeat feel to it and I think it reflects her personality quite well.

I plan to work these characteristics into a clean san serif typeface.
